The MUD WATCHER is 'stand-alone' equipment that monitors any Drilling Fluid including the following,

As Mud Automatic's Core product, the MUD WATCHER measures and monitors the Mud Weight and Mud Viscosity CONTINUALLY and in REAL TIME.

The MUD WATCHER offers significant improvement over the mud monitoring techniques and standard testing performed by the MARSH FUNNEL and the MUD BALANCE.

It also offers greater SAFETY by minimising SKIN to MUD contact and by it's ability to operate in an evacuated area (i.e. with H2S).

It is has been designed for non permanent installation and ease of operation on the Rig Site work place in a Zone 1 environment i.e. at the Pit Room or at the Shale Shakers.

The MUD WATCHER requires no structural alterations and has a very compact 0.36 m2 'footprint'. It can be cleaned by PRESSURE WASHER (INGRESS RATING of IP65) and is built for robustness. It is also simple to MAINTAIN and SERVICE with PROVEN and RELIABLE components used throughout. It can even tolerate DRY running.

It is simple to install and only requires Rig Air and Power to operate.
